      This banks has a strong teamwork orientation. Different Lines of Business tend to cooperate to provide responsive service to clients / customers

      Cons

      Focus on faster growth in assets in the Bank is changing the client oriented culture. With a change in management, there is a new culture.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
