      Schedule you're hired for is a joke. It completely depends on company needs and if you're supervisor wants to keep you at that schedule.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
