      Easy job. Most branches are not busy throughout the day so it can get very boring.

      Cons

      Pay and favoritism. Customer service is very important but they put employees in danger with certain practices.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
