-Diversity & inclusion - this needs to be more talked about company wide rather than a couple of meetings during 2020 and electing a D&I officer. Have more open conversations across teams especially when the majority of the employees at the company are white -Pay could be better -Choosing vacation days - chosen at beginning of year for entire year and chosen by seniority so if you are a new employee, you get last pick. Could be more fair system with rotating each year for big holidays.
