      They're honest, laid back, dependable and understanding. They worked well with students and were open to promoting from within.

      I can't thank of any negatives from my time there. It was a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
