Pros
The culture of the bank is really unique and special. Everyone is great to work with and they place a high emphasis on working in teams.
Cons
Very conservative and sometimes it takes a while to get people to make a decision. They can be slow to adopt new technology (i.e. Just upgraded from lotus notes to outlook email).
