      Nice people, good pay, clean environment

      Cons

      part time requires more hours than you expect, you can never take a day off, you have to work every Saturday

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
