Techies Stay Away - Vice President Frost Bank Employee Review

No training, low pay, no vacation, can't even be sick, people lie about work commitments with no consequences. Company has money for $100Million stock buyback, but is too understaffed to do things right. People are overworked. Managers running around trying to move up and too busy to care about employees. The IT Culture is awful to none. No passion. Just a robotic existence like accounting. If I wanted an accounting job, I would have studied accounting. Very nice foreign workers. But the foreign workers dilute salaries of Americans and I can't understand them half the time. It feels like I go to work in a foreign country every day, then I come back to America.
