Not the best but not the worst - Bank Teller Frost Bank Employee Review

The job is very repetitive, not much room for growth unless you plan on being there for 20 years. Very hard to get time off. You’re forced to call in, they will deny vacations or PTO. The customer is always right mentality so even if you’re doing your job correct, managment always sided with the customer. Safety is lacking big time. We were put in very scary situations multiple times and security did nothing but stand there.
