      Relatively easy hiring process Strong company with a great history Frost has a great philosophy that is fair and followed by senior management

      Company has a steady as she goes policy and is slow to invest in new concepts and ideas. If you are young, you may feel out of place.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
