      Not many diverse board members Process to underwrite moves at snail pace HIGH TURNOVER for Associates in ARM program - red flag Nepotism all up in there - meaning they don’t fire the ones that are beholden, and if your superiors don’t like you, they will literally lie and make up anything to fire yo az. I seen it happen 3 times in all the years I was there

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
