      Can be tough to advance. Be nice to the right people. Severely detached from reality management is.

      Pros

      Great company with good benefits as well. Good environment to work in and nice team members as well.

      Cons

      In the Customer Service side, they care more about is metrics and performance than the customer service agents. Call are back to back all day and it is exhausting.
