-We're stuck in the past and cannot budge from our command and control ideology -Middle management gets squeezed from both ends -Lack of resources!! (manpower, tools, training...) -Lack of approval of some executives, especially CEO -Recruitment has reverted to its old aniquated process -Low pay for employees that have been with the company a while, newer employees get paid more appropriately -Antiquated processes throughout the business
