You are receive your pay weekly.

Cons

Literally everything. The CEO has an elite attitude with no vision. The stock is in the dirt, yet he receives pay raises NOT based on stock. This is the attitude of the company. The only people who deserve to get paid are the C-suite while everyone should be happy with 3% increase. The benefits are the worst I have ever seen. You will be paying thousands for garbage health care. 401k at 3% match is a joke. $3,000/yr while c-suite doesn’t even have to perform. This is a complete scam company. The C02 emitting from these fuel cells are worse than the newest combined cycle power plants, yet CT politicians passed laws to construct them.
