Pros

Clients were genuinely encouraging and supportive to work with, and the role offered strong learning opportunities that helped me grow professionally. They were understanding of personal commitments and festive occasions.

Cons

Management showed clear favoritism, and appraisals felt like a formality rather than a genuine assessment of performance — outcomes were often influenced more by internal politics than merit. The organization did not adequately recognize or reward employee talent and contributions, and internal politics extended into recruitment decisions as well. Work-life balance was a major concern. While European work culture generally supports employees taking their entitled vacation time, that same flexibility wasn't extended to Indian employees serving UK clients, even though the clients themselves were not the ones imposing restrictions. Since the management hierarchy was tightly interconnected, raising complaints felt futile — there was no independent or confidential channel for concerns to be taken seriously.
