The FNC Leadership team centrally located in Richardson, TX which made it less of a challenge to present, discuss, or escalate issues / concerns.
Cons
Way too many political agendas for the size of the company. They preach that people are their primary concern and interest, but the actions do not support their words. They are a manufacturing company first and do not want to invest in the necessary skills to become a top Services / Solutions company. There is minimal to zero employee development.
