No politics in floor Managers are good Onsite team members are from india itself which is good
Cons
No salary Hike Work Pressure, even if need to work on weekends Less number of developers .. Seniors are also very less HR is not good No gym, No gaming zone Worst Cafetaria Even if the building is very old from inside .... Max 20 members are there in SFDC and they are mostly cross trained Salesforce developers are not joining this company Third grade standard in company... It's better to join small companies
