1. Horrible Technical Managers 2. No training or guidance will be provided 3. No vision or innovation 4. If you're a new grad or someone passionate about technology or software, donot join here. 5. Lazy attitude of employees, and lot of miscommunication 6. Horrible documentation and tech-portals - will find lots of outdated technology. 7. Place for old-workers who already spent 15+ years in same company - layoffs very common, recently shut down SantaClara office, and sent 2/3 of employees to india. 8. Lot of Politics - you will end up learning nothing. 9. Regret accepting offer from here and rejecting offers from other companies. 10. You will be racially profiled if not chinese. You will find a lot of indian and chinese folk. Many employees will be outsourced in India. 11. Technology and Products they work on is outdated. You will wonder where they even generate their revenue. No legit customers. Company running on loss. If you recently joined here, please pack your bags and leave when you can.
