Pros

Incredibly supportive director, supervisors, and clinicians. Schedule flexibility, benefits, good PTO, trainings, tuition reimbursement, group supervision/individual supervision. The director and supervisors are awesome at taking feedback and running with it - they want what's best for their employees and will work hard to make it happen. The department is only expanding so there's plenty of opportunities for growth.

Cons

Hospital politics can get in the way of getting things done right - but that's outside of the IHT's department control.
