Pros

Some staff are authentic and competent who actually care about patients. Majority of nurses are awesome to work with however they are very overworked.

Cons

Lack of compassion from upper level management. You are just a number to them. Huge issues with miscommunication. Snobby cliques that just scurry around avoiding eye contact and giving fake smiles. House officers act like grim reapers seeking their next mandated victim. You are forced to stay overtime almost every day yet will get a lecture and reprimanded if you're two minutes too early from break. Lack of professional training in group therapy. We are forced to wing it without proper preparation for groups.

Cons

Rarely mandating staff, but they pay time and a half for mandations.
