Would be nice if there was some kind of leasing of laptops. - Salary is a bit below the average but depending on your country it's still very attractive. - You might get unlucky if you get to work with some delivery managers there that are too strict with "following processes". They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.
