It's government so you can only do so much with all the red tape. Progression is slow. Room to grow is limited.

The job is pretty easy and straightforward. Holidays are paid, and extra days are given for Christmas and Thanksgiving, depending on the day the holiday falls on.

The pay rarely ever increases, although inflation is very high, and when you do get a pay increase, the percentage is no more then 3%-4%.
