Great benefits, great people an opportunity to serve the public

Cons

Management Team (Mainly elected officials) treat employees horrible. The place is run out of fear. Even managers with the power to make decisions don't for the fear of wrath from the elected offices. It's all about the ego of others and not for the better or improvement of the county.

Amazing place to work with passionate lawyers and staff. The benefits are top tier.

Cons

It's government so you can only do so much with all the red tape. Progression is slow. Room to grow is limited.
