Pros

Work life balance was great at this company. Location was awesome too!

Cons

Ownership was greedy with their personal payouts at year end. They use client tactics on employees. Smooth talk but dishonest. Very unstable financially. Do not leave a solid job to work here.

Cons

Doesn't pay very well, not much room for growth. They hire a lot of contract positions so they don't have to pay benefits.
