Pros
It was great working with peers, that weren't management. They have a pension plan where they deposit 17.5% of your yearly income in a Vanguard account. They do this each year. As a nurse, I was making $69,500 per year, so they were depositing about $12,000 per year.
Cons
The management team really needs to listen to the staff. They have a bad habit of thinking they know what's best for employees and the company, but none of them have ever worked the true jobs within the company. If you get on their bad side, they will do whatever they can to make your life miserable, until you quit. They also have 1 manager there that is constantly looking for any affair she can have, even though she's married, and will end up causing a bunch of trouble for the employee that she sleeps with.
