Pros
Work from home available and flexible hours
Cons
Employee for over 10 years, and as the years went by it just went downhill fast. Taken away every perk of being employed at GEHA. They preach care for our members but they do not care for their employees. They will do whatever they need to keep employee costs to a minimum for tenured employees. The pay scale is incredibly off balanced. They pay their top employees extremely high wages and then their is a large gap between upper management and the employees that carry the company. They take advantage of employees by saying they have chances of promotion and even verbally offer pay increases then back track and call it a lateral move because if your internal you must start at the bottom of the pay scale (however if your an outside hire they will pay you more) I have also known several employees that had to quit due to mental breakdowns
