Everyone is giving their best and it is wanted to bring forward new ideas to make this place even better – for our clients, prospects and ourselves. Instead of talking there is doing, instead of dull processes there is always innovation, and instead of rigid hierarchies the employees are trusted and get the space to be their best possible self. I have not worked in another company where we had so many referrals from partners and existing clients based on our stellar operations. You work with fantastic colleagues and the perks are great, too –treadmill desks, healthy food and good company events. GP is also very socially engaged and supports multiple causes against poverty, empowerment of minorities and education. While our CEO is very engaged in the business and wants to understand how it is moving and what each of us is doing, she is very hands off and trusts into everyone’s abilities to do a great job. Perfect mix!
