Pros
Truly collaborative company, from bottom to top, everyone is highly involved in projects and everyone chip in. Result-oriented company! Which translates into: "You organize your time provided that you deliver what you promise" You can start late or early, you can take meetings in the car / mall / child's school; you can leave early if needed and work at night (I have been able to go to the dr or dentist at 1pm on a Monday). Remote work everyday! As long as you stay within the country you were hired, you can work in any city you want
Cons
Lack of career and training paths. Still a lot of manual work. If you are not located in the USA or Ireland, no chance in having an upper-managerial position (in the IT area). Unfortunately, managers' expectations are that you are reachable at any time, so sometimes you will be slacked or email before/after business hours, meetings scheduled at the last minute before/after business hours (I have taken calls at 6AM and 10pm my time). You have to use your personal mobile phone as working tool and use corporate apps (mail, slack, zoom, etc) but the company does not provide the phone nor pays the phone bills
