Company has no identity, they’ve hired cheap and are trying to pretend they are a tech company but it’s all so fake. SLT are dinosaurs. Salaries are about 70% of what competitors are paying. No share options. Revenue leaders are an absolute embarrassment, most joined as sales reps 3/4 years ago and have now clogged up junior and middle management positions with absolutely no experience. Some absolute spoofers in there reading blogs and LinkedIn posts and trying to pass it off as training. So transparent. Zero accountability from managers and “sales directors”. Pointed fingers at reps for their org doing about 20% of quota and sacked about 10% of staff in November and are advertising their jobs already. The epitome of a toxic culture.
