Pros
G-P is a great company! I can say without a doubt that this has been the best job I've had. The C-Suite is approachable, willing to listen, and are quick to adopt feedback. The "Dream Team" culture is a real thing because everyone is just wonderful to work with, you can feel everyone is connected by the same purpose. I can say that I understood the meaning of the true work-life balance at G-P, it doesn't matter where you are working from, as long as you get the job done. The G-P culture is built around the fact that we are humans, not machines like some other companies see their employees, so you can expect that no one will reach out after 5 PM or during the weekends.
Cons
Continuous change is imperative to every high-growth company that is looking to position itself as the leader in their industry, so this is a pain for G-P. They have a very ambitious 5-year plan which naturally is reflected in the pressure for results and desired outcomes. This dynamic also tends to cause unexpected decisions, announced on the spot without complete planning -kinda with a "build-as-you-go" mindset, which can cause uncertainty in the employees.
