Pros
- G-P cares about you as an individual and shows it through its many programing. remote work, great investment in culture for remote company, great benefits, conscientious pay philosophy, flexible time off, and so much more. -For me personally the ability to manage my schedule in a remote enviorment with trust and a focus on work quality over big brother monitoring has been everything I ever needed for work/life integration. As a new mom I always receive the support I need to flex my schedule around life's many interruptions. -Fast growth company that you can make an impact at. I get bored easily but have never been bored at G-P! The fast growth has also help translated into a ton of career growth for me personally! - The people. G-P is filled with people who are smart, hard working, and kind. One of the core values is "we outshines me" and I feel that constantly while working across departments collaboratively. Also, I love working with people around the world! It adds a deeply enriching component to the connects I make at work.
Cons
-This not a con for me, but there is a HIGH rate of change at G-P. I love it because I never get bored. But if you like things to stay the same G-P would not be the place for you. -The remote work is a HUGE benefit to me. But if you are someone who craves an In-person office experience this would not be a good place for you as it is a fully remote company.
