Pros
The laptop was the only good thing they provided.
Cons
Everything was confused in business development. At that time they justified that with 'we are developing'. The whole shebang was something like extremely demanding, calling, chatting and having meetings with us all the time but there was no clear explanation about our goals. Leads were just ridiculuous and no one cared- we were literally calling rubbish numbers. No office in Galway and from what I remember, they met in pubs to work. There was an unhealthy was of pushing things - you were just left behind if your head wasn't ready enough to face all the stress that was put on you or you weren't ready enough to work in a service you didn't apply for. In terms of calls, it was clear that we were supposed to repeat the same stuff all the time like machines without any brain - and in the end, it was extremely frustrating for me because I was selling something unclear, that I didn't know at all. I complained a lot of Ireland management with USA and no one cared or replied. The same did my colleague. I don't know where is the sense of making remote stuff if you can't find the right HR support if needed.
