Pros
Used to have outstanding leadership that cared about its employees. It was a company that took pride in offering a great product that was a direct result of cooperation between the managers and employees.
Cons
G&D has gone from a strong, well managed company to one that is being leaned out to try and look like it is worth buying. They have eliminated much of the older experienced management, which has only served to make the company weaker. The tribal knowledge they have thrown away cannot be replaced. There is no loyalty left in this company, and the reward for years of service is to be cast off with no thanks for your loyalty and service.
