It's a shame what new leadership has done to this company! - Administrative G&D Integrated Employee Review

The disrespectful way we are treated and under valued is so sad. Upper management does not care about their employees. All they care about are numbers. As more and more good employees that are left look for other work, they are starting to throw money around to make them stay. Any company that has to "bribe" it's employees to stay has done something wrong. When G&D was a good company to work for, many people in this area wanted to work here, but not anymore. People are leaving on a weekly basis.
