- Terrible management. "Provide new feature right to the production in 30minutes" - it's normal stuff for this company - HR just ignores you in 80% cases. - Communication with the team is OK, but every communication outside (HRs, Managers, etc.) - again 80% ignore - I was interviewed to Big Data Engineer position. In fact, there was no any Big data at my department. I was trying to move to another department, but manager was intentionally ignoring this. Process started only when I talked with CEO (!). But transition still failed under strange circumstances
