Pros
Great projects , amazing vision and actions, fast paced, hybrid work culture , very good support from leaders, difficult to get in and difficult to keep the job as the role expects multiple priority focus , collaboration and speed , so only very good people can stay for long term. No politics. Only results are considered . Good culture that can lead to great growth and success to members and the company.
Cons
Occasionally leaders attracts complicated middle managers who does not have enough experience leading a team . Change in direction is frequent. Finance people doesn’t handle finance but everything else .
