      Pros

      Really good pay, especially if you are an overtime hog. You'll learn alot there. Especially with Rockwell PLC programming and instrumentation.

      Cons

      It gets boring sometimes because a lot of our work is contracted out. Just line calls and work orders. Stay as far away from the HR and management offices as possible. They are not your friend. Pretend like they dont exist and just do your job and keep your head down.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
