      Pros

      Logistics is one of the best departments to work for. They have an amazing leader and support team in place. If you're in corporate, they have a lot of nice fringes like an in-house gym, credit union and a really nice café. Excellent 401K matching program.

      Cons

      Medical and overall Benefits package is just ok- a little pricey compared to other jobs. There's a very heavy legal department that makes a lot of decisions- slows things down on processing time. Very heavy on male leaders, but moving toward changing that.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
