      They are very professional and organized. Received a consistent and positive message regarding the company from everyone I met. Overall, the best hiring experience of my career.

      Cons

      I really don’t have anything negative to say about the experience. Everyone went out of their way to be accommodating and provide candid answers to any questions I had.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
