      Pros

      Pros........... I am still employed (even though it is here)......

      Cons

      - There is NO loyalty to its employees - And, if you interview at any of our locations you will quickly pick up one thing (there are hardly any women or minorities in leadership roles).. This is especially true for African Americans.. And the ones that have come here never leave happy. - Why is that? - The CEO clearly runs the organization as if it's his house

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
