      Pros

      There is great talent at different parts of the organization, great quality product- really the best in the industry. Lots of locations to work at if open to relocation.

      Cons

      Heavy favoritism in the headquarter location, outrageous bonuses paid to senior leadership while the rest of the company is either laid off or doesn't make anything. Majority of the plant locations are hot and very old- spent millions building a pretty headquarter location, but nothing has been done to renovate the plants that build the very mountain you work in now.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
