      Pros

      Great Benefits and the actual company culture. The company was big on helping the community and I really enjoyed being a part of that.

      Cons

      Though a great company itself, there are some things that need improve at this actual location and I rather not disclose in detail because I do love GAF as the company. I am not hear to bagger the company in any way. It's just this particular location really should be looked at under a microscope from corporate without their knowledge. There are things in this location that happen that I know goes against the GAF way.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
