      Pros

      Good benefits with matching 401k. Weekly pay. Good starting pay. Pay increases yearly, but are low low. Takes a long time to make money.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Managers don't care about their employees only numbers. Favoritism within the department and only those employees will move up or out of the department.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
