      Weekly pay , good pay, & work is not as hard as other places

      Cons

      Hr sucks, management is a joke, they will promote the yes sirs, without experience over those that have the experience and knowledge but that stand up for the team , they play favorites, and act like high-schoolers taking behind people's backs

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
