Pros

Remote work was a pro. You can travel to customers if you want to. Base pay always came through.

Cons

Commissions needed to be more consistent. Management performance could have been better. Almost everyone has left since I worked there so it could be better besides the executive level. I felt harassed by a manager and decided to report that. A few weeks later, I was let go and the explanation was a made up story by the manager.

Friendly and smart team members to learn from

Poor management with a distinct lack of clear direction for the team. The leadership culture is highly cliquey—directors and upper management are mostly a group of old friends and former coworkers who brought each other in, making it difficult for outside perspectives to be heard.
