Unprofessional Leadership - Anonymous employee GAI Consultants Employee Review

Nepotism within the Executive staff and "handing" positions to people based out of relationships instead of true leadership skill and experience runs thick within GAI. Many of the leaders and directors within the walls of the company are not true leaders and lack management know-how and people management skills. Because of this, many talented employees are overlooked and overburdened, often discarded and not nurtured in their career development. The company expects loyalty and hard work without giving anything in return. GAI has lost many employees who were truly worth their salt if only they had the chance to be heard instead of just seen.
