Company values employees and does small things to show that you are more than a number like holiday parties and monthly birthday celebrations for employees. Good compensation and benefits with opportunity to move up and advance in the company.
Cons
Turnover in HR seems to be an ongoing issue, as well as work balance across the different departments.
