Gallo has vapid leadership from Director and Senior Manager levels. Management plays politics and if you are not kissing up to your leaders, you will not go anywhere. You will notice promotions are based on who quits the company and not on amount of time in the job or contributions to the department. If you question the status quo, you will be black listed and pushed out of the company. Gallo would rather award mediocre performers than someone who wants to make change. Gallo needs to fix the issues instead of cover it up with bandages. The culture is not diverse and continues to lose the limited diversity it once had.
