      Lots of hours, supervisors were very helpful if you needed help understanding something, daily tidbits of info to help.

      Cons

      Upper Management of the company avoided lackeys like the plague, even before COVID-19, worked full time for a few years with no formal training, primarily learning from trial and error. Too little pay for workload.
