      100% Family paid health care premium with low co-pays. No micro-management, as long as you're delivering results.

      Cons

      Corporate management books meetings regardless of your calendar and then fails to show up to said meetings. Upper management makes verbal promises that HR will not document and they will not uphold. Upper management can't be trusted.
